Delete your Clonly account
This page explains how to delete your Clonly account (an app by José Mariano Arcila Londoño) and what happens to your data.
In the app (immediate)
- Open Clonly and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm and tap the button (ELIMINAR if your app is in Spanish).
Your account and data are deleted right away and you are signed out.
Without the app (by email)
Email soporte@clonly.app from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 15 business days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (email, name, styles, preferences and time zone).
- Photos of your clothes and their digital versions.
- Your looks, calendar and credits.
- Your avatar and the look images on your avatar.
- Your conversations with Clo (they are also deleted every time you fully close the app).
- Your profile in Adapty, the service that manages subscriptions.
What is kept
- Technical server backups are removed in their normal cycles, within 30 days at most.
- Purchase records required by law are kept by Apple or Google as sellers, under their own policies.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it on your phone: iPhone → Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android → Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Delete some data without deleting your account
In the app you can delete clothes, looks and your avatar at any time (Profile → My avatar → Delete my avatar). For any other request, email soporte@clonly.app.
