Do I need to upload my face?
No. Use one of Clonly’s 6 mannequins without uploading your face. Creating a personal avatar is entirely optional.
What photos can I use?
A photo of your garment on any background: on the bed, on a hanger, wherever you have it. For your avatar, you need a clear selfie and a full-body photo.
Are the images exact?
They’re a visual reference created with AI. Colors, texture, and fit may differ from the actual garment.
How do credits work?
Cloning a piece or trying on a look costs 1 credit. Your first avatar is free; remaking it costs 5. Plan credits expire when the next period begins. Extra credit packs don’t expire while you keep your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions on Android. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal or the trial ends. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Profile → Delete my account deletes your photos, content, and account data. Backups are removed during their normal cycles; only minimum information required by law is retained.
